The man looked at the screen, worried. "Yes sir. It is all in place. Yes, they've all been invited..but with a certain...insentive, of course. No sir, there's no problem. They'll come. You can bet that. And Sir, remember, you promised, that when I'd brought them all together and..dealt with them, you'd.."
A voice from under a black hood hissed "Do you dare imply I would not hold to my word? No? Good. Just sort out that lot, and then..we'll see."
"But sir!"
"Shut up, and deal with the plan. Bfore I change my mind about mercy". The screen went black, and the man in the chair sagged. he sat there for a few minutes, petrified, before dialing another number. A secruity guard appeared on the screen before him "All sorted?
"Yeah - the first few have started to arrive. It won't be long now."
"Fine. I'd better go and get ready to greet our...guests"

The man scowled As if it wasn't bad enough being threatened by an almost complete stranger, he'd had to arrange this whole ..tournament. 'To get rid of those in places of power...true, raw power' his..employer had said. It made no sense. But he had to see it through. He couldn't let it fail, or everything he loved and cared for, was dead, and so was he. He stood up. He wore a long red cloak that hid most of him, apart from his dull grey eyes, and grey hair, trimmed short, but undefinably messy. His hand rested briefly on the sheath of his sword, and he tured from the room and walked out.

This is a stand alone RP. It's based on no game, book, film, whatever, but in fact on another RP series that has died long ago. This is a tribute to the original *TG* and those who made it great, maily Sareki, Merc and PoS, the three that I know of. I'm sure there were many other people involved, but I'm too lazy to find out.

Basically, this is set in the futur, on Earth, in a time of technology and magic.
For characters, made-ups would be best, but make them as weird as you like (Without making this stupid).

The rest of the plot will come as soon as everyone's signed up. Yeah, it's a bit of a leap of faith but please join, people.

Name: Nocuous

Age: 17 (in human form)

Race: Human/Archdevil hybrid

Gender: Female

Appearance: First off, it must be understood that Nocuous has three separate forms, each with their own abilities.

Human~In this form, Nocuous appears as a young lady, with pale skin and a heart-shaped face. Her hair is raven-black, and her eyes are a deep purple; the pupils turn green in the right light. She wears nothing except a long black shirt (down to her knees) that somehow hides her arms from view when she holds them to her sides. She tends toward skinniness, and this is reflected in all three forms.

Hybrid~As the name suggests, this form is halfway between Nocuous's human and archdevil forms. Her "shirt" opens up, revealing itself to be a pair of pitch-colored wings. Though she is all but naked in this form, wine-red scales cover up most of her chest and private areas, and also her arms and legs; only the sides of her stomach and thighs and the area from the collarbones up are free of scales. Her fingers and toes each grow a small, wickedly curved black talon.

Archdevil~Her snout pushes out slightly, giving her an almost draconic look, and her scales spread to cover her entire body. Her eyes lose their purple irises and glow a venomous green, and her hair becomes an out-of-control mane. Her arms and legs are longer in proportion to her body, and her wings widen drastically. She has only three toes on each foot in this form, and a voice that grates on the nerves like a shredder on cheese.

Personality: No matter which body she's in, Nocuous is always the same: arrogant and extremely volatile. She has a chip on her shoulder half the size of Siberia and a god complex to match. Of course, what do you expect of someone who claims to be the chosen of Lucifer?

History: Crap, I'm not good at this.... Shortly put, Nocuous is--or rather, was--a condemned soul. She was quite young to have been sent to Lucifer, you see. But she was up to the challenge. A few insults here, a little pride there, and she was declared officially ready to raise the Devil in Lord Lucifer's name. Needless to say, she was happy for the makeover....

Weapon: None.

Abilities: Nocuous wields devastating shadow magic and has the hellfire to back it up, no matter which form she's in. In her human form, she can solidify the shadows and use them as weapons, as any normal human could. She loses that ability as she shifts toward her archdevil form, gaining in its place the ability to fly. She gains wicked speed and strength in her hybrid stage, as well as the beginnings of her demonfear aura, not to mention her unwonted lack of modesty. In her archdevil form, her demonfear aura is at its most intense, and she also gains the ability to transmute normal matter and energy into darkmatter and darkenergy.

Nope. Noc's been around since long before I released any of my Digimon RPGs. 'Smatter of fact, she's been around since just a few days before The Dimensional Wars were released. I've just found inventive ways to change her around for each RPG I use her in. Appearance: 5’11”, pale skin, kind of scrawny but still in shape, blue-grey eyes, brownish blonde hair. Wears black jeans, a black shirt with a flaming skull on it, black New Balance shoes with red trimming, and an orange jacket.
Personality: Doesn’t socialize much, holds a thirst to prove he can do good, sensitive to insults, quick to anger, clever, normally looks out for himself unless he tries to act like a hero.
History: Lived in a big city, Reaga always strived to be the best. But like any other kid, he also had dreams of being a hero every now and then. And he tried many times. When he saw people in danger, he’d try and help, but only made it worse by using his power. He had a weird power since birth: The ability to make and control fire. He used it so often to try and help others, and got the nickname Inferno, for when he thought he was helping, he was dangerous. He heard of a great tournament happening near by, but also heard you had to be invited. However, the day before, he got his invitation, and set out to prove he could use fire properly. He went to the only shop that sells swords, and stole one, since he had no money himself. The sword he stole was made of particular fire-proof steel. Ready for the tournament, he entered the building wondering what to expect.
Weapon: Long, fire-proof sword.
Abilities: Has-faster-than-average speed, good hearing, and a strange mutation that lets him create and manipulate fire.

Race: Half angel, half unknown.
Gender: Female
Appearance: About 5' 9" with shoulder length dark blue hair. She has blue-grey eyes and is quite thin. She wears blue shorts and a shirt, with a black metalic breatplate, lower leg guards and lower arm guards.
Personality: SHe's usually quite serious and secretive, and very, very angry. However she does tend to get a bit stressed out, amking her angrier.
History: Deserted by her father when she was young, and knowing her mother had died, Sam always felt alone. She became alarmingly good at lightning magic, for no apparent reason. As soon as she could manage, she snuck away, stealing a small space craft as she did so. (This is set in the future, if I havn't already said) Thus began her search for her father, and revenge. Despite this, she's not actually an evil person.
Weapon: A longish sword, supposedly left by her father.
Abilities: Lightning magic.
