Need help w/ modifications

The buttons and icons (Home, members, etc) need better images. I need help finding them, cuz I suck at such things, and I am having no luck with Photoshop to edit a pic. I also need one for the Admin button for staff members.

Try and keep it on theme with the site, but if not possible make it as close as you can. Also, it needs to fit the usual size for the current icons, if not just big enough we know clearly what it is.
